We are so happy at simplyfit4life.com to announce our new website! We strive to bring you safe workouts, healthy recipes, and informative blog posts to encourage you toward better health and wellness.

The cardio weights workout guides are back and free to anyone who signs up! You probably hate to give out your email address, but we will not pound you with email blasts and we do not share our email list with anyone. We will send out an occasional announcement letting you know if anything new is happening on our site, like new workouts that have been added.

The simplyfit4life.com team is now available to deliver onsite wellness workshops for businesses, schools, churches and non-profit organizations. We have several options available. We do 1-4 hour workshops or complete 1-2 day conferences. Our wellness workshops include sessions about learning to eat better, simplifying exercise, overcoming barriers to exercise, revealing the health benefits to fitness, learning strength training techniques, improving your sleep, and decreasing bone and muscle loss, to name just a few options. We also believe that workshops are better if they include exercise sessions. We offer a variety of classes such as tabata, high intensity interval training, yoga, strength training, dancing, salsa dancing, stretching etc. Check out our workshop page at simplyfit4life.com for more information and contact us to schedule a wellness workshop soon!
