New Crazy Lazy Fit workouts are available today!  Crazy Lazy fit combines strength training, balance training and aerobic training to give you a complete workout that takes very little time.

Crazy Lazy Fit #3 is available for the first time and has some challenging exercises to make you feel sore in places you didn’t think you had muscles. This workout is similar to Crazy Lazy Fit #1; however, the exercises are all new. 

Crazy Lazy Fit #4 has a fun new format to follow! In this workout, there are ten different exercises to firm up your entire body from head to toe. Crazy enthusiasts will do each exercise at full blast energy level for 45 seconds, rest for 15 seconds, and move on to the next exercise until they have completed all ten segments. Lazy enthusiasts will do each exercise with as much effort as possible for 30 seconds, rest for 20 seconds, then move on to the next exercise until they have finished as many segments as they can complete safely. Of course, both the Crazies and the Lazies can repeat the entire workout if they are feeling energetic!

Remember, light weights or dumbbells may be added to any Crazy Lazy Fit workout to make it more advanced and ensure a more challenging strength training workout.
