Jennifer Widstrom has a Master of Science degree in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Organizational Behavior. Her passion and work experience is focused in the fitness industry. She obtained her fitness certifications through the YMCA of the USA as an Exercise Instructor, Advanced Exercise Instructor, Core Muscle Training Instructor, Strength Training Instructor, and in Sports Conditioning & Resistance Training in Aerobics. She was certified as a Personal Trainer/Fitness Counselor through AFFA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), was a certified Kickboxing Instructor through Fit Tour and is currently certified as a Personal Trainer through Fit Tour. Jenn worked in the Fitness Industry for approximately 20 years as a fitness instructor, choreographer, and personal trainer.
Jennifer is Co-Founder of SimplyFit4Life LLC, Director/Creator of Cardio Weights Division, and a Fitness Consultant who loves teaching fitness and enjoys creating choreography for exercise programs. She is dedicated to educating people about the simplicity of weight training at home and believes that total body fitness does not need to be difficult to attain. Jenn is blessed with a wonderful husband, three fabulous children, a lovely daughter-in-law, a witty son-in-law, and a beautiful grandson.
Certified Personal Trainer
Deanna Nelson, RN, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing with Certification as a Public Health Nurse. She has worked extensively with cardiology patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Passionate about the prevention and treatment of heart disease, Deanna has focused much of her energy on educating and encouraging patients to make therapeutic life style changes. She believes people are empowered to make healthy choices when given real and practical information along with genuine support. Deanna is excited to join SimplyFit4Life’s team as a health fair presenter and Certified Personal Trainer.
She currently lives in Minnesota with her handsome husband of 17 years. Together they enjoy the chaos of a home with 2 daughters, 2 dogs and 2 cats. She credits Cardio Weights with providing all-around fitness for both mind and body. She has only recently discovered the joys and pains of running. She competed in her first marathon this year & qualified for the Boston marathon.

Sara Lorbiecki-Brown, SimplyFit4Life Instructor & Certified Personal Trainer, is excited for the opportunity to combine her passions for teaching and healthy, balanced living. She has earned her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science degrees in Education and has worked with youth and adults in her career.
Sara has strived to balance healthy eating and physical fitness her entire life. Her favorite workouts are Cardio Weights and running, and she loves to cook nutritious, delicious food for her family and friends. Sara’s most joyful days include time for work, play, exercise, food, family, friends and prayer. She considers her loving husband, two wonderful children and supportive extended family and friends as her greatest blessings.
Judy Preciado comes to SimplyFit4Life as a Wellness Consultant with JuicePLUS+, a whole-food nutrition that bridges the gap for healthy eating. She is Co-Founder of SimplyFit4Life, Independent Consultant for Promotions, Event Production, and Social Media/ Marketing and currently is Director of Social Media/Marketing at SF4L. She holds a BA degree in Cross-cultural Communication & Pastoral Theology. Judy is an Ordained Minister through International Church of the Foursquare Gospel and has co-pastored two churches in the Connecticut and Chicago areas. In addition to being a Pastor, and Independent Consultant, she spent over a decade representing Focus on the Family as their Chapel Producer.
Judy encourages balance in all areas of life, and believes busy people need a convenient way to consume the nutrients they need daily. She has five beautiful healthy children, two impressive son-in-laws and one delightfully-beautiful grand-baby with another one on the way.
MS Exercise Physiology/Coach
Lydia Anikin has a Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry. She worked as an Exercise Physiologist and researcher with cross country skiers in Norway in 2014. Currently, she is a triathlon, ski and soccer coach along with being a ballroom dance instructor. Lydia is an advocate of a ‘moving’ lifestyle, meaning fitness and wellness are obtained through daily activities, and that each individual has a different exercise-recipe.
Three nights a week Lydia ballroom dances because it is fun, social, and active. Czar, her dog, likes it when Lydia goes mountain biking and running in the city parks. As for other enjoyments, she likes to sing, especially Journey songs, and make videos for her YouTube channel – A Better Version of Me.
