1 I lift up my eyes to the mountains—
where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the LORD,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

Psalm 121: 1, 2 New International Version (NIV)

To whom or what do you look to for help? When we look to other people or things for help, wisdom, or strength, we usually end up swimming in a sea of discontent and disappointment. People are often unable to meet our needs; likewise, things, such as drugs, alcohol, and food never completely satisfy us. It is only when we look to God to meet our needs that we find the path to true contentment in life. When we intentionally seek God and ask Him for wisdom, strength, and help it is a life transforming experience.

We want to help you find balance in your world by seeking God for spiritual wholeness. Good health comes to us through balanced living in all areas of life, especially faith. We encourage all of our website guests to seek God daily through His living word, the Bible. We also encourage you to make time to seek His wisdom for your life through prayer. May you have a fabulous faith journey today!
