It is is important to work on balance and core strength in order to prevent injuries, be able to exercise, and perform daily tasks. Make sure you do some back & abdominal exercises 2-3 nonconsecutive days per week and try to work on your balance. Balance Training may be as simple as standing on one leg with your eyes closed. Make sure you are near a wall or something to stabilize yourself if you start to fall!
